I would like to respond to my physician

For reasons discussed in more detail in this blog post, it is only sometimes possible to directly respond to your Magenta Health physician in writing. This is by design as unlimited messaging was driving physicians to burnout and to leave family medicine altogether.

Outgoing messages from Magenta Health are therefore configured to allow for a few different options. Sometimes a response is required. Sometimes a response is optional. Sometimes no response is possible. The header of each email that you receive from us is designed to make the options clear. The options are reviewed below.
